Default Aeroscreen

Hi all

Not been on for a while as been busy with work and the usual decorating

But hay its nearly done and I need a break from it.

What have people fitted for aero screens ? I have equinox panels but don't like the one they make, I think I would like a double bubble one but not sure any pics and ideas would be great

Cheers Gary

Hi Gary, I have just fitted one from an mk, it's not a perfect fit but it's not ba, they had them at Stoneleigh reduced to £130 from £179.99

Hi Arfon

Don't suppose you have pics of it? I didn't know if a Caterham or Westfield one would fit, I'm not really ready for one yet but good to keep to keep eyes open on fleabay for one.

Hi Gary,

When I bought mine, I tried a lot of different suppliers, and if you want a "one piece" aeroscreen, Westfield and all Locost ones definitely won't fit because they are too short to fit on the width of a Haynes.

The only one I found that was large enough to fit on the width on a Haynes is the one from the GBS Zero wide body because this car has slightly the same dimensions as our Haynes. So I bought it from Kitspares:

https://www.kitspares.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=43_1&product_id=810&car=43

You can check my photo album about it on Flickr here:

I ordered it in black and had it painted to the colours of my car (I tried vinyl wrapping, but failed miserably!)

Hope that will help

I don't remember if it is for the standard width GBS or for the the wide body model.

But what I'm sure of, is that the part number I gave the link to (GRP0083) fits a Haynes Roadster, as it is the one I bought.
