Not really a new thread but got fed-up searching
Well guys I have spent quite a bit of time searching but coming up with no definitive answer so here goes and don't get ratty.
I am looking for what the recommended off set is for the roadster wheels also the wheel width. I am using Sierra hubs and I like the mini-lights so I intend talking to midlands wheels at the show this weekend. I am looking at 15" wheels but don't know what the off-set should be, I think its like that electrickery, BLACK MAGIC Arfon |

But... I don't think you'll find 15" minilite style wheels you are happy with. That was the look i was after and i concluded they just don't look right that big. If you do find some that you think look good let me know!

I think 6"is the standard width for haynes builds, although my donor is 5.5...

Well I caught up with the guys from midlands wheels and he said that the off-set that we need sends the spec into competition spec then the cost for mini lights went up to £550 for just the rims dont think I will be going there

Are you looking for 15" or 16" Minilites for looks as I'm not sure they are a wheel that looks good with ultra low profile tyres.
Most of the racers tend to use 13" wheels with higher profile tyres because the combination makes for more compliant handling on a light car with low tyre pressures. My car came with 15" Team Dynamics rims but am looking to change to 13" Minilite replicas when i can find the money. |

I thought anything less than 15" Fouled the rear uprights.

You are correct in that you need 15's on the rear of the Roadster to clear the bolt head but 'Not Anumber' or Chris as others know him does not own/drive a Roadster
