finally managed to get some pics up after faffing about with reducing the file size. what a nightmare. anyway, in case anyone is interested I'm most of my way through welding up the chassis and got to the flipping stage yesterday which was quite a big jump for me. just a few more welds to do then grinding done some others and touching them up a bit.

shouldn't be too long before i get some running gear in!

Looking good:D

Tip: Weld a few tags around before painting to use for earthing engine and other stuff .Its easier to cut them off if not needed than to mop up the tears as you grind your lovely paint off to weld bits on--Dont ask how I know:o

upload your pictures to flickr and paste the link here, no issues them with filesize and resizing.

Looking great Ben

Keep the progress pics coming, & as Mike says, use either Flickr or photobucket to make uploading photos easier .

Just a quick question...which engine are you using/installing ? as you may find depending on engine choice you might have to remove TR5 as it gets in the way of the carb inlet ,

cheers

i'm setting up a flickr page now, took me ages to work out the link think but seems so obvious now.

Andy: I'm 90% sure i'll be using a k series 1.8 as i have an mg zr lying around. i will do a trial fit of all the running gear before i paint the chassis though so if there are problems with tr5 i can just cut it out.

Cheers

Ben

It would look much better outside. But you'd need someone to help you carry it out for a photo shoot ;)
