The Sierra rubber will work however the bearing is better abd reduces any movement for IVA
At IVA they will pull and push the steering wheel back and forth side to side and look for movement I the column

Thanks for the help with regard to the steering column bush I will definitely be purchasing one based on what snapper said happens at iva sure the rubber one wil not be adequate.

Have watched this post with great interest. Was trying to get details on exactly this subject a couple weeks back!

Result: ordered my bearing last night :cool:

One question: Is the original plastic triangle-to-circle adapter ok to use or does it need a metal one machined (as some people have done)?
