oil pressure / temp gauge

Hi all,
I,m about to fit an Oil pressure gauge & an Oil temp gauge, obviously I know where the original pressure point is on the block, so was thinking if its poss to fit both senders for pressure & temp from the same place on the block, or is there another outlet i should use for the oil temp sender?

I,ve read that i would need a "sandwich plate fitting" to connect both from the same outlet but its very close to my engine mount & don,t think i,ll be able to fit anything that size so close to the mount.

any suggestions ?
engine is the 1.8 CVH

cheers
andy

Sandwich plate sits in between the oil filter and engine. I had one on my MR2 turbo for oil pressure and temperature. Super handy. Shame the Ford fitting isn't the same as a Toyota.

ahhh, cheers deezee, i thought the sandwich plate went where the original pressure sender is, :o
that helps as i think there,s more space at the filter

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Oil cooler sandwich plates are for use with an oil cooler only. Do not try and plug sensors into them. Otherwise the oil can't reach the filter!

Oil cooler sandwich (note oil MUST flow out out)

Oil filter sandwich (Note the oil flows past the sensors and into the filter)
