G clamp the brackets in place and measure from an edge of br5-6 just in front of sb1 to the studding, then measure again from u5-6 and compare and adjust to suit. This will give you a better idea of where your brackets are pointing. Don't forget that you can correct the toe in/out by packing/shiming the bearing carrier on the upright.

As well as the above I suggest you take your measurements from the centre line of the chassis to ensure they are parallel. Tack brackets in place then check and check again. A good idea is to trythe wishbones to see how things line up with the top shock mount as well, you will be surprised how easy it is to be out of line.
