Default What exhaust?

Going to start looking at the exhaust side of the engine and have no idea what I should be looking for. Bike exhaust would be the cheapest and best looking option I think as there's a load of standard cans available.

Which one though? I remember reading somewhere that it was all to do with revs and not so much capacity of the engine that mattered. Would a 1000cc+ bike exhaust be ok for my 2L zetec?

Got a westfield one on mine, see the build thread. Your welcome to pop over and have a look at it in the flesh.

Not sure how good a bike can would be as they will be tuned to dampen the higher frequencies compared to a lower frequency car engine.

ya i was thinking about using one of the cherry bombs from europa as they sound like just the thing for a bike carb converted engine and I'm not fussed on having stainless to begin with

Oh right I've probly mis-interpreted the description as I thought it made loud engines quite, especially performance engines?
