Afternoon Nick.
Adrian Flux insured mine on just the chassis number and I was able to drive to and from the IVA test. I started the insurance the day before the test, then once I had the reg number updated the policy online and a new cert came in the post. 2gether also insured it while I was still building it on just the chassis number.
