Cut some blocks of wood to 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 ins long,put 4 1/2 under front of chassis and 5 1/2 at rear and this will give you a decent final ride height.
Make four rods to fit shocker bracket centers and you have the correct height to work from.  And Neil is dead right about the handling,makes a difference !
