I have to say - running a website with no phone number of address (that I could find anyway) really doesn't instill confidence!

I ordered some bodywork on the the 19th of July through eBay after several emails to Dan.

He said it was gonna be dispatched and when it didn't turn up he said he cancelled the courier cos he wasn't happy with the finish of it.

Last I heard from him was a month ago saying he's trying to get all the outstanding orders out by the end of the month (September). Since then he's not been replying to emails or eBay messages!
