![]() Sounds like some of it's ponies had escaped the stable.
We build mx5 race cars at the uni and we have just fitted a MK2.5 in a MK1, original engine dynode at 113bhp, the new one dynode 148 at the wheels, admitedly it had had a bit of tinkering done to the inside but boy it bloddy well flys now for such a small car. ![]() Arfon |

![]() mines flywheel @200 horses, but I have a set of larger injectors to go in as well
![]() to be honest you can more than hold your own against some very very expensive machinery out there to well over the legal limit (or so I believe officer) before aero's come into play One thing I have played around with is my shock settings and have actually softened the rebound on mine, I know its subjective to where you have the to begin with but I am quite happy with mine now, although next on my shopping list are a pair of JK composite seats (soooo comfy) a change of wheels (pure cosmetics) and an lsd as she gets a bit squirmy when administering those horses, OK WHO SAID IT WAS FINISHED...........not me ![]() but one thing that cant be replaced or changed is the ear to ear grin when out blatting
