My e-mail worked then
 Seriously though, I e-mailed the people listed as responsible and stated that the measure seriously penalised a minority of people whom did not pose a significant enough body to make any detrimental difference to the environment. Sense has prevailed, we are a tiny minority that make little difference to the environment. We actually help it by recycling. TT
