Basically yes.
The diff is the same, the hubs (front and back) are similar but with 5 studs instead of four (except scorpio's which have 4 stud hubs and larger bearings), MT75 or type 9 gearboxes and DOHC or V6 engines which fit very nicely. All in all a little modification is required but nothing too hard. Cheers Chris
