You are a brave man, I mean, delving into the dark & murky world of red tape !!
 At least I have a plan of attack that is clear in my own mind now  That said, by the time my build is ready for testing..............It will probably be called a XYZ inspection !! & Built to the draft 99/A/1b guidelines
