Thanks again Les.
Going to lie down in a dark room and mull over the options.
Think I was trying to run before I could walk. After scanning Ebay, Trade it and Autotrader there does seem to be plenty of donors so I'll hold fire for a bit. I've also been talking to someone locally who's building a locost but he's changed the rear end to accomodate IRS.

Cool 2.0l DOHC & MT75 BOX

Hi John
I have gone down the root of 2.0l DOHC & MT75 box it was nightmare, but i got it sorted and everything is fitted well now. How it will run on the day still remains to be seen , but then this is the whole poit of this project. If I can be of any help just shout out!!!

My donor was a 2.0 DOHC. it has a 3.9 non lsd 7.5 inch differential. Which is pretty useless for what we want.
