the dimension of 409.92 is the dimension of where BR8 & BR9 meet the rails BR1 & BR2 NOT the position of BR7, which is why i couldn,t understand your original post question.

i would suggest you place BR7 as per the book dimensions

stated on page 34, fig 4.2
