engine / starter /gearbox

hi , i have been trail fitting my engine this weekend , my donor was a 1.8 cvh but the engine was shot , i now have a 2.0 pinto , The problem i have is with the 2.0 engine to the donor gear box ( type 9 ) the starter motor dont seem to line up . Will i need a new starter or could i put the cvh fly wheel on the 2.0??
