Also:

As David M said, the vin plate and the chassis plate.
Seatbelt bolts,
Diff long bolts,
All the bulbs, always usefull as spares.
Fuel tank sender.
Gearbox cross member.
If you don't want to keep the rad, keep the rad fan switch.
