I'll stick my neck out & say you should be ok unless your local DVLA officials are a bunch of anal twats
  Most of the information they require will be on the V5 The best advice I can offer is to make sure you keep good build records, recipts in order & gather as much information as you can. They'll be less likely to mess you about if you can demonstrate that you have a good working knowledge of the registration process
