Tried but hard to give up, even gel coating was a complete cock to do so I apologise for keeping folk waiting....
 The workshop isn't suited to more than one working(more to do with the way it's laid out but heyo!) but cheers for the offers peeps. I will go in Monday to see how things fair.

whats wrong with your other arm
 seriously though rest it up people can wait a bit. our mate darren come off his motorbike the other day think of the pain he is in. is that making your arm feel better?

Back at it but oh so very slowly just in case...non of this 3 or 4 things on the go at the same time whilst grinding answering phone emailing and drinking coffee malarky...
