Yes you are right, what I am trying to find out is that, does it need to be flat type of fit in line with body work or not?

i think it just has to pass the radius test if the cover isn,t flush with a panel aswell as the things already mentioned, i remember reading an article in Complete Kit Car mag when the IVA was first used.(think it was on a Cobra tho) andy |

![]() Keep the pipe and cap from the the sierra then use that to connect up to a tank....no probs then as came from your donor car and will have a key to lock it..simples....

![]() im not going to have an external fuel cap on mine. im just going to weld a screw on cap to the tank and open the boot lid to fill it. make sure you teather the fuel cap to the tank if it doesnt have a lock that uses the same key as the ignition.

The new IVA states: Fue tank filling point must not be located in the passager or luggage compratment. I might have misunderstood this wrong , but would not like you doing the wrong thing!
