I've now finished tack welding the uprights and front frame onto the bottom chassis rails. As requested Andy, here are a few pictures (mind the mess ):

I've done a bit more work on it, havent got that far though, as i'm now back at uni so got a lot less time on my hands.

Just thought i should update you all, i've now got the basic shape of the chassis done. Heres a pic:



It really is a satisfying project and im really glad Chris made the book. Thanks Chris!
