Westfield weld in some chassis plates to bolt the seats to as the floor is riveted on,i think if you weld in your floor then you dont need to do this.I would use some 50mmx3 or 4mm if i was riveting the floor in for safety sake anyway.
HandyAndy maybe the best person to ask about this as he now makes the chassis for sale.

I'll have to wait until I get home, but there's not a lot to see.

It's 25x25 ERW, welded between the outer frame rails and the transmission tunnel. MAke sure you cap the gap between the 25x25 for the support, and the 19x19 on the transmission tunnel.
Obviously, they are installed flat on the build table, to present a flush floor.

You need to ensure that the spacing of the rails, and the holes in them, tie up with your chosen seat.
The bolt holes on the bottoms of my seats are not spaced out square though
So the holes are in different places on the front and rear rails.

On a side note, I am also using A4 caphead stainless for the bolts. They are in a very exposed location, both for impact (think speed humps) and road grime.
The rounded cap heads will hopefully not dig in should I hit the top of a hump, and it also means they woun't be rounded off like a normal bolt head.
A4 stainless is for marine applications, so should resist most of the crud flung up at it, and is of a comparable strength to grade 8.8, so should keep Mr IVA happy

think it was 40x3 or 40x4 from memory

Mine is the same as AshG's, it's just I happened to have plenty of 25x25 box, and have run out of 40x3.

Either will be fine.
