Same here
 Sutch a thin strip of steel, it'll bend very easy. If you have delicate knees. You can use a bit of channel, angle, vice or even a workmate.  Tap the strip with a hammer slowly working your way from one end to the other. It will soon curl up to give you the bend radius that you need.
