I too am thinking of going the 2.0 zetec route.

Allegedly, the 1.8 flywheel is a lot lighter.
Which Sierra box are you using? I have an MT75 that I will be fitting. This requires some jiggery pokery with the clutch release bearing (it needs a spacer).

There is quite a bit of info on the net.
