if you look at the burtons site theres a gearbox page it lists the size and no of splines for the input shafts thats a good place to start
will the cvh flywheel fit the crank ? if so you could possibly use an rs turbo clutch series 1 is 200mm and series 2 is 220mm i beleive again look at the burtons catalogue i redrilled a series 1 flywheel to take a series 2 clutch a few years ago as burtons recomended it
and yes that twincam flywheel is enormous one of the reasons im not using the twincam engine
