so heres the title of the thread "Sierra 2.0 DOHC inj with 5 speed box" its in the donor section pg3
theyre split into three posts as the frum wont let me put them all on together
if someone can do a link thatll be cool or get them stickyed to the top of the announcements like they were originally

I’d be interested to please and how do you show a link to another web site with words instead of gobaldygook, i.e. the link in my signature is gobaldygook, I want it to say build pictures!

OK, when you want to put a link in, you need to;
  • copy the link to your clipboard (right click on the text in the address bar and COPY)
  • In the reply, press the link button (looks like a world with a pair of handcuffs in front of it
  • Paste the link into the box that pops up (Right click - PASTE)
  • Hit OK
  • It then highlights some text in the reply, this is where you can change the actual text of the link, but not the location

For example; [url="this page.com"]Linky Link[/URL This would place a blue, underlined "Linky Link" on the page, and when click it would send you to "this page.com"
Obviously, the link above won't work, because it is not a real site, and I have removed some formatting to be able to show it. The highlighting should help work out which bit you need to change

So Ginge, in your signature, you need to amend the second set of gobblydegook.

Sean,

I couldn't wait until I got home.

Look no Gobaldygook, a tidy signature.

You watch every post of mine from now on will have some sort of link in it!

Cheers again for taking the time to lay it out for me.

Ginge
