Two days ago I paid the advance for a 1993 Mondeo Zetec 2.0 with ECU and loom, but sans alternator. My original plan was to go with a black top, MegaSquirt, standard intake for starters (LHD), but one guy offered me a good silver top for ~150 quid, so I took it.

I'm very enthusiastic about MegaSquirt and will definitely do it at some point, but at this stage saving these £200-300 sounds very appealing. I'm not a big fan of carbs, so I'm only considering EFI systems.

Ronnie, do you know what car was your Denso alternator from? What pulley do you plan to use with it, will the mounts fit?
