Hi. I'm in the same situation. I had some E30 BMW parts lying around so I'm fabricating my own front and rear uprights from all of that.

There is a guy on here GraemeWebb who mentioned looking into all of this. If you can get hold of him then he might be able to help.

Most of those parameters you're interested in are easily got from the design.

The front and rear tracks are on here somewhere. But I can't find them right now.

Cambers are said to be best started off at negative 1.
KPI is 11 degrees
Caster is 6.7 degrees
Front scrub radius is 31mm

I don't know anything else right now. Hope this gets you started though and please keep me up to date. I've been meaning to get around to doing those Roll centres.
