I wouldn,t have thought 1/2 degree would make you lose 8mm of overall length, so there must be something else amiss.

Have you been fully welding as you,ve built your chassis up? if so it might be due to heat distortion.

I,d suggest checking the cross diagonal measurements as per page 34 fig 4.2 to check that the base rails are in the correct position.

The only other thing I can think of (without seeing the chassis) is where TT7,s are cut with the 19 degree angle at one end, are you measuring from the angled point of the cut on TT7 ?

Just check all dimensions, i,m sure you,ll find it somewhere.
