i have found one place and they say roughly £320 for 4carbs and manifold.
thanks for any help

I have done the same thing

ZX6r carbs with tps £40

ZX6r fuel pump £25

Pre built Megajolt kit from triggerwheels £250

Home made manifold using the alloy flange chopped off the donor manifold £20

You will also need to make a remote thermostat housing as this used to be part of the donor inlet manifold, easily done though.

Im not even sure what gains will be made on the cvh but my thinking was when i go zetec its all there ready to be swapped once i make a new manifold. So i wont have to start modifying the wiring loom. Another benefit is that you wont have to cut the bonnet as you would if using the standard carb.

Bogg brothers manifolds are a work of art but very pricey, worth it if you are using the engine long term but not in my opinion if its only goona be in there for Iva or a year before upgading.

I attached the fuel pump in the engine bay as did spud69. His car has done about 6k to date with no problems. Some people mount them next to the fuel tank at the rear.

Im no expert on what can or cant be done but i wouldnt use the standard wiring and hybrid ignition module to control advance etc as its designed for the standard pierburg carb.

Megajolt was easy to install and i had no previous auto wiring experience whatsoever.

In the attached picture you can see the water outlet from the back of the head and a by pass thermostat
