Will and MK bonnet fit a haynes chassi?

NO. The roadster is 2" wider.

sure did but never mind. i brought a scuttle a while back but had to widen it. i though i might have ago with this but its to good to butcher

Nope the only place you will get a grp bonnet for the Roadster is from Saturn as I don't think Martin Keenan offers a bonnet as yet.
