Did you get them off us TK, as said there should be 2 spacers in the packet.
You could always use some steel plate as spacers to get them tight. AndyH

My problem it's seems is that i have the spacers missing.
 Spud i bought the brackets from ebay before you started selling them, i have contacted the seller, but don't hold out much hope of getting them. Will give it a few days then make up the spacer myself. Thanks for the help  Terry

Got home from work tonight , to find a padded envolope with two spacers in it from the guy i bought the brackets from and a cheque for a refund for postage for the brackets as an apologue.
What a nice bloke, well chuffed
