Here's food for thought .... If the shock mounts have not yet been fitted .... Perhaps it would be possible to extend the mounting brackets by .5 of an inch each !!??

If this was possible you could use the much cheaper standard 13" shock option
not sure i understand why that would be as under the same force they would both(13in and 14in) compress the same amount so there should be a 1in difference between them,expect when one is fully closed..... but im sure someone will come along soon and explain why im wrong
