Are you using fuel injection? If so, you'll need an out and a return for the fuel. I used 10mm diameter OD pipe exiting my fuel tank. The opening for my fuel sender, in the top of the tank is 38mm. The opening I used for the fuel filler was also 38mm with a length of 50mm OD pipe welded on for the fuel neck. In my fuel filler neck I have another 10mm OD pipe for the fuel vent.

As I am using motorbike carbs (ZX6R) I used the fuel pump off that bike.
