Hi Ronnie,
It wasn't the FMS sleeve that was the problem it was the smaller inner of the alleged CCT133! and it happened twice... First time with a brand new '93 mondeo zetec to an '88 saphine 1.8 pinto type 9 box then again last year with a '99 black top to an '84 capri type 9. Both genuine QH release brgs in unopened packaging! The brgs I was supplied didn't look like the one you have in the picture as CCT133  I'm not bothered as both times I overcame the problem with a re-machined flywheel which allows the use of the correct RWD clutch and as I'm not using ford running gear for my roadster It'll not be a problem
