New chassis and two major components is all you need.

The girl advising non original engine gets a Q plate is quite clearly wrong when you look at the DVLA'a own info sheets.

Mine is age related. It has a different engine to the donor and I didn't even have a V5 for the donor because it needed a VIC when I got it and it was dismantled without ever having the ID check.

All I had were a few photo's of the partially dismantled donor to show where any of the parts had come from and some build photo's.
