The rear brackets can be done easily as stated with studding,clamp some 25x25 to the lower rails and use this as a reference/baseboard and do the same to the front.
Carefull measurements and drilling will sort it.

I had the David Murray Jigs cut when I had to redo my brackets as I cocked them up first time. I can probably post them if you want to borrow them.

They can even do the rounds if someone tracks them.
