Hi, i didnt really look at the engine today as i was busy bolting on all the bodywork, however i did find a leak in my chopped sump. Its dripping about a drop of oil every 2 days( i left paper under the sump to see if any oil drops). Apart fromt hat i cant seem to find any leaks. Could that explain why, other than that all that i have changed on the engine are sprak plugs and an oil filter, and tinkering with the carb.

Handyandy, ill have a look at what you said as i did notice that as well a month or 2 ago when i last tried to run the engine.

Other than that im looking set to finish the car in about 2-3 weeks.

I have to mount the front wheel arches, front indicators, change 1 or 2 bits of the wiring, fit some seats(once i get them) and buy some shocks, the price tag of which is still putting me off, whcih i know will end up costing me extra time as it is much harder to put the shocks on now.. cant wait till its done!!!
