Default Made a start, now what engine do I go for??

Hi

I have just started my haynes roadster in the last two weeks and have bulit a surface table and cut bottom rails. I am now happy with the fit/alignment of each piece and will start tacking in place next week.
However at this early stage I am trying to decide what engine to go for and would like to get some insurance quotes to make sure it is affordable when it comes to insurance (whenever that day will come!).
Does anyone know any good insurnace companies for the raodsters? I would really like to stick a R1/Hayabusa engine (or something similar) in. But there is no point fitting one of these quite expensive engines if the insurance is also going to be ridiculous!

Cheers

1.8 zetec out of a pre 94 Escort. Easiest install with good power.

If it were me I would try and decide what engine to use before I got too far in with the chassis. You wouldn't want to finish the chassis then find a good engine only to find that you need to modify the chassis to take the gearbox (MT75 etc)
