Ditto Kev,I have not read it yet but definately agree the article will be well deserved as I have seen first hand the work put in by all concerned.

Well done all !

Should have been "Sports Car Magazine" cos it aint no kit !!!.

Thanks everyone for the good words, got a stinking hangover and you've managed to put a smile on my face - takes some doing......

Picking up the Rx-8 doner car on Wednesday so its full steam ahead. Hopefully we'll be having a news item in the next issue regarding the progress of the 230bhp rotary based car.

Cheers...AndyH

ooohhh...

Cool.

Will have to pop over for a blast in that when it's done. I wonder if the front and rear uprights can be used too..

Have read the article and its first class, well done to all concerned. I have been debating for a while what to build and this has pretty much sealed it. Have had "the book" for a couple of years, bought a welder (still need to learn how to use it properly) but was still procrastinating.

Still working on convincing the wife she does not need any space in the shed for her gardening stuff so it may be a while before the build starts. Articles like this give you confidence that you can build on a budget, with support for the bits you may struggle with or would like done by the professionals.

Its all good, - like twinturbo says about the £25 k Cobra builds - kinda away from the original idea of kit cars - this is right back on track for me.
