Lower harness mounts - inspection there of

Ah, looks like I didn't make my self clear, yes, of course as you say, the inner mounts can be inspected from the trns. tunnel with the transmission tunnel panels in place, but what I meant was if the other mount is panelled in. That is, the mount on the side of the car having an outer panel (the side of the car) and and inner panel (lining the cockpit)? It would not be possible to inspect the mount.

Is this a problem?
