Yea it was all cut to book spec which is why i couldn't understand why it had happened?

I am tempted to leave it and use alloy sheet to correct the problem when in comes to fitting the scuttle?

Sorry but you need to start off with a good square and flat chassis otherwise you're going to come across loads of problems later on and 36mm is an awful lot. If its only tacked then i would check your build table is marked out correct, HAndy may have some spare templates left, and remake it. Or you could bring it over to the North East and i'm sure me and HAndy could remedy the problem and jig on the suspension brackets so that you have a good base to start from.

All the Best....AndyH

The chassis is nearly complete. There is only one rail out of place and it is fully Tig welded in place. All other rails are fine.

36mm is well over a tube width. How on earth did you manage to do that?
