thanks guys plenty of great advice im heading towards the idea that londonsean had, got a mate who has a sheet metal shop, ill get him to make me some U channel then ill make a jig to dril cut them.
He's oftered to supply all the ali sheet metal for a ride of it when its finshed ( some would say thats only fair LOL )
