Use a bulkhead fixing through a bracket and the thread is 10x1mm pitch.
The metal male end fixes to one end and the flexy goes to the other end.

As Enoch says the flexy end should fit in the bracket.

Mine are home made from Aeroquip,hence the bulkhead fitting.
