Give them a ring and keep trying untill you get through.
I bought a set of harnesses, nothing turned up after emails replying chasing couirer. After 2 weeks and 3 days of phoning I got through. They thought I wanted ones for a saloon car even tho they were for a 7 sytle. Sent out next day fed-x. Give them a ring and keep trying untill you get through. PS I paid £76 for mine and saw an add in CKC a week later saying £35 each + free post.
