1996 Sierra XR4x4 V6 Doner Car

I thought I ought to search before starting a new topic, and hey! it works!

I'm brand new on this forum (lazyness) and wanted to find out a few things.

I've just found an xr4x4 (friend of a friend) and couldn't resist. My main concern has been the issue with the gearbox. Have you managed to sort this out? Which route did you take?

My other worry was whether the front uprights would cause any issues?

Would love some reassurace on these points! Cheers in advance.
