The Geometry on the front of the 4x4 is a little different. Not sure if the uprights are actualy much different in geometry though. The Bottom ball joint from teh maxi may not fit though as the 4x4 uses a stub and pinch bolt as opposed to the maxi's threded taper.

I am using a 89 XR4x4 2.9 EFi, no need for all the fule metering stuuff from teh 2.8 MFi

I have an XR4i type 9 gearbox.

What year is your car?

TT
