You don't need all your bodywork just yet. All you need is the scuttle to start you off.

How easy is the scuttle to align without the rest of the bodywork ?

quick question Dan......( in relation to your question )

Have you welded the offside steering support SW1 on the top of TR2?

HI Andy, yes this is how its been the chassis is an inboard suspension model manafactured by 3ge. Obviously this was already done when i got it.

Yes I bought the rolling chassis off a chap on ebay, very nice lad unfortunately I've had to re-do most of the work he had done but nevermind.

As others have said, its easier if you have the nose, scuttle & bonnet to make sure it all fits together as it should, but I,ll get you some measurements tomorrow to give you the relevant positions of the scuttle & bulkhead.

But don,t do the final fit of the bulkhead until you have your scuttle, the reason for my question about SW1 was that you will need to cut out a small part of the scuttle return flange that sits on top of the TR2, so thats why i suggest not doing the final fit of the bulkhead just yet .
