![]() Mine doesn't hit the bulkhead. I will get some pics next time I'm down the garage if it helps.
With regard to wiring if you clean the cap you can actually see the metal tracks through the plastic. I can check my wiring if it helps. From memory one track goes to earth, other goes to handbrake switch, third goes to warning light.

![]() Think it depends which master cylinder you have TT, the bendix cylinder and res fit with plenty of clearance. You can still get the on e-bay for £20 odd ish quid.
David, i believe the fluid level indicator is a switched earth so it shouldn't matter which way round you put the wires. Cheers...AndyH
